Investor policy

The objective of Thrane & Thrane’s Investor Relations is to ensure that the company is perceived as a visible, accessible, credible and professional company providing a consistent flow of financial and other information.

In addition, Investor Relations must ensure that Thrane & Thrane meets both formal and informal requirements in the stock market, including requirements formulated by the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. This includes immediate publishing of information on material matters relating to the company that can be assumed to have an impact on the price of the Thrane & Thrane share.

Finally, Investor Relations focus on generating a competitive return for the company’s shareholders.

In its relations with the stock market, Thrane & Thrane observes a three-week 'silent period' prior to the publication of quarterly reports, during which the company does not comment on matters related to its financial statements. The period between the end of the financial year and the publication of the annual report is also a ‘silent period’. In these periods investor presentations as well as participation in seminars, conferences and the like are decided on a case-by-case basis.
