    Support of the products we manufacture is an essential and integrated part of the supply. Thrane & Thrane's support program is built to meet the requirements from our vast network of distributors, integrators and dealers as well as the individual enduser.

    Our distributors and dealers form the first line of contact for any support, including user training, activation and commissioning, upgrades, PIN codes, accessories, applications, repairs and spare parts.

    Our On Board Service Center network offers maritime service for all our maritime products and entitles users to immediate service world wide. Our Regional Workshops supplement the distributor network ensuring efficient and prompt repair services for our land mobile products.

    Service and support are also essential elements of supplying equipment for aircraft. To secure the best possible experience with our aeronautical satcom systems, we have formed permanent teams of skilled aeronautical specialist to support the entire aeronautical product range.

    Besides the above we offer a variety of self service possibilities (downloads, updates, technotes etc) from our online Self Service Centre portal.
