Thrane & Thrane’s service department handles support on the company’s products. The support takes place through the company’s offices in Denmark, USA and China and via a world-wide distributions- and service network.
As a key element of the service network, Thrane & Thrane has since the spring of 2000 operated with so-called Certified Service Centres. These are carefully selected for their expertise and ability to support Thrane & Thrane’s entire product portfolio. In addition, Thrane & Thrane has established so-called Fleet Service Centres. These focus in particular on supporting the company’s maritime products.
Thrane & Thrane’s entire service network is constantly developing in order to ensure the customers the best possible service.
